Tassel garland is made from premium Satin Wraps tissue paper and mylar, built on optional string with tassels that range from 18"-14" (45-30 cm).
Tassels can be easily moved around so you can create a fuller or sparse look.
COLOURS:  Champagne, ivory and mountain mist.

Optional string:  satin ribbon in a matching color, linen twine or white decorative rope.  (Choose at the drop down menu)
