Tassel garland is made from premium Satin Wraps tissue paper and built on satin ribbon or decorative rope with tassels 14" 35cm length. Tassels can be easily moved around so you can create a fuller or sparse look. Garlands are made with 6" (20 cm) of string on each end for tying.
