The pom pom is shipped pre-assembled but not fully bloomed. Instructions are included for easy fluffing. Every pom pom has a wire loop to tie a clear string or ribbon for easy hanging. We use a generous amount of tissue paper sheets to make them fluffy and full, and the tissue paper used is 80% recycled, making the decorations biodegradable.
