The balloons are made from excellent quality latex. They are sent flat packed and ready ready to be filled with helium by you.
Tassel tail is made from premium tissue paper and built on satin ribbon, decorative rope or twine (choose from drop down menu) with tassels 14" (36cm) length each.
TASSELLS ARE FULLY ASSEMBLED AND READY TO USE, just attach them with a clip supplied in a set, to balloon.
